Refund policy.

Last updated 2 October 2026.

All sales are final

• Payments for Helping Hand bots and Autopilot bots are not refundable, in whole or in part.
• This includes unused days, a group you stop using or switch off, game accounts restricted or banned by the game's publisher, and changes the publisher makes to the game.
• Your dashboard shows how many days each group has left, so you always know what you are paying for when you renew.

Before you pay

• Ask us anything before you order or renew: message us on Telegram and we will answer.
