G Bot

Terms of Service.

These terms apply to the G Bot website and to the services we run for you: Helping Hand bots and Autopilot bots for Doomsday: Last Survivors. By creating an account or paying for a group, you agree to them.

The service

  • We run bots for you on our side. Helping Hand bots sit in your alliance and click help when a member asks for it. Autopilot bots collect rewards, gather the resources you choose and send them to an account you name in the same alliance.
  • What your account can see and control depends on the groups we assign to it. A new account is empty until a group is assigned.
  • You control your groups from this website and from our Telegram apps: the power switch of each bot group, and start, stop and send for your farms. Some actions have a waiting time, for example 10 minutes after a power switch or after stopping farms. The same rules apply on the website and in Telegram.

The game

  • G Bot is an independent service. It is not made, endorsed or supported by the publisher of Doomsday: Last Survivors.
  • Using automation in an online game can be against that game's rules. The publisher can restrict, suspend or ban game accounts, including accounts our bots play and accounts that receive resources from them. You accept this risk when you use the service.
  • The game can change its features and limits at any time, for example how much an account can send or receive in a day. The service may change with it.

Your account

  • Use a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for everything done from your account.
  • Your account is confirmed with a code sent to your email address. You can link one Telegram account to your website account.
  • Do not try to reach other customers' groups or data, overload the website, or get around its limits.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used to disrupt the service.

Orders and payment

  • Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Orders and renewals are made with us on Telegram.
  • Each group runs until the end date of its licence. Your dashboard shows how many days every group has left.
  • When a licence ends, the group stops and its data is hidden until the group is renewed.
  • All sales are final. See the Refund policy.

Availability

  • We work to keep the bots running around the clock, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Bots can stop because of maintenance, updates, changes to the game, network problems or actions taken by the game's publisher.
  • Planned maintenance is announced on the Announcements page in your account.

Liability

  • The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost game progress, resources, items or game accounts, or for any indirect loss.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the group concerned.

Changes to these terms

  • We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and important changes are announced on the Announcements page. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
